1. Booking & Payments

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus standard administrative credit card fees.
• 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• 7–13 days before arrival: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: Non-refundable due to pre-paid hotel guarantees.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive international travel insurance is strongly advised for all our tours. It should cover medical expenses, emergency repatriation, flight interruptions, and baggage loss.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, The Island Tour is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our direct control (force majeure, weather extremes, national rail strikes).

5. Itinerary Flexibility

We reserve the right to alter itineraries if required due to weather conditions, road maintenance, or national park closures, always substituting with activities or accommodations of an equal or superior standard.
